MBA Hotel Brokers was the selling broker for the Microtel Inn in Caldwell OH in June 2019. Connie Baker and Jamie Larson were very receptive and persistent in making this deal get completed. It was a very complicated deal and we appreciate their work effort.
After having 2 years to prepare a deed, for family estate, when it is needed, we have been waiting 6 weeks for a simple e-mail or paper copy ( & after dozens of calls) today in desperation, I am leaving this review. Connie Baker, you are either incredibly inept at your job or just plain lazy. I give this firm ZERO STARS, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
