Hired Attorney

Attorney Goguen represented us well at the trial we had on a business matter. It did not favor us, but he made our points very clearly to the judge.

Hired Attorney

I hired this attorney and was victimized by him. Among other things, he was holding $ 10,000 of mine in an escrow account. One day he thanked me for turning the $10,000 over to him. I was totally shocked. I said I never did that. He told me that should I complain to the board of bar overseers that "he would sue me for defamation"...I was young and did not realize that word of mouth would not stand up and that he had a responsibility to get such a betrayal in writing which he did not. He got away with it by bluffing me and I still wake up at night and grind my teeth. I could tell you many other stories about this guy...Stay away from him...Never trust him with money. Aside from being a liar he is a person without morals.

Hired Attorney

This lawyer inappropriate took $10,000 out of my escrow account and falsely stated that "you told me I could do it"...he paid it to himself and then threatened me if I were to complain to the authorities. Do not trust this man... Also, I found his general education and moral values to be totally lacking... Again, do not trust this man.
