Kathleen Crouch finished third in her 2008 Ventura College of Law graduating class and began working for the Law Offices of Mark Pachowicz shortly after being sworn in as an attorney in December, 2008. During law school, Ms. Crouch was awarded several scholarships and achieved “top of the class” grades in several different courses. She also studied criminal procedure and trial advocacy under award-winning law professor Mark Pachowicz.
Ms. Crouch practices family law, criminal defense and civil litigation for the Law Offices of Mark Pachowicz.
Although becoming an attorney was a lifelong dream, Ms. Crouch had a successful career in the logistics and transportation industry before coming to the Law Offices of Mark Pachowicz. Ms. Crouch started with DHL Express as a part-time courier during her undergraduate studies at California State University, Northridge, and after several promotions and a transfer to Ventura County, Ms. Crouch was assigned to manage the DHL operations center in Ventura. Ms. Crouch later transitioned into the DHL sales division and became a field sales representative, managing accounts and acquiring new DHL accounts, while further developing her industry knowledge and international customs expertise. Ms. Crouch managed sales territories in the Santa Clarita / Antelope Valley areas, and in Ventura County.
Ms. Crouch's interest in law was reignited in 2004, after hearing a program on NPR radio about the 50th anniversary of the pivotal “Brown vs. Board of Education” Supreme Court case which ended segregation in public schools. She soon enrolled at Ventura College of Law and began attending law school at night while she continued working for DHL.
Ms. Crouch was promoted twice by DHL while in law school, ultimately rising to the level of Major Account Executive, serving multi-million dollar clients throughout the greater Los Angeles and Central Coast region.
