I trusted you so much with my case. Because you seem very professional. You seem knowledgeable about everything that you were speaking of so I gave you my money my last of my money only to find that You would not respond to any of my emails or any of the evidence that I was submitting to You Then You would Talk to Me Only a couple of days before my hearing. And not even know that the district attorney was not ready. I had to find out from another attorney and the journalist about this information. You were willing to go right along. Whatever the district attorney was pushing knowing I'm innocent. I'm a disabled woman with a short lifespan because of this case instead of helping me and standing up for the innocent. You go against me? Why is it because I'm African American you don't think I deserve Justice? I don't understand why you didn't help me? I trusted you, you're gonna take this to your grave. To bring and fight restrainig orders. This attorney is extremly unethical. He set up hisclients. He had a relationship with san diego police he did not disclose. He waled hand and ahnd with a polic e detective Lori balck who testifed agiant hisown clients. He was told to challneg a judge because Pollack was planning to retlaites aginst one of his cleitns he did not. In fact he removed his client own challneg without her consent. He submitted exhibit to Pollack thathe did nto show his cleitn with writing on it. H eknow what constitute a clear and present danger and what does not. Becaus eof his collusion the aggressor got the restrating order adn attcked my son resulting in his death. What damge he di to me is unimaginable. As an attorney I must inform you of this.
