He is outstanding and my review is long overdue. Mr. Kazakoff helped me (and my colleagues) recoupe money from a former employer who defrauded us. Mr. Kazakoff determined a plan of action, relevant facts, admissible evidence and in less than a year, I got my money back and so did my colleagues. He's thorough, prompt, brilliant and knows his stuff!
If I want to say something about this lawyer, I have no words ! His works speak ore, so he speak less. He is amazing at knowledge, he is kind out of the way, and don't underestimate him.The work he has done for me, was incredible, just one thing I like to say that just tell your problems clearly at once, and then follow his instructions seriously.There will be truly win-win situation.I talk here about my experience, is so reasonable for his work,and staff too are so co-operative.Too good Sir.
The reviews are correct about this loser lawyer.. STAY AWAY.. he lied to me about the strength of my case just so he could bill me.. he OVERBILLED me and when I caught him he blamed it on his assistant. This guy is a total joke. After I fired him I heard more and more about him in the legal community.. consider a loser and I can tell you first hand that he sure is..
By far the worst lawyer I have ever retained.. When we went to court he did such a poor job that the judge asked him how long he had been practicing.. Needless to say I lost.. I'm thinking about suing him for gross incompetence..

Worst lawyer i have ever hired. My husband and i split up and this guy was more interested in getting into my pants then helping me in my case.
I could not believe how incompetent this "lawyer" was. He was yelled at by the judge for making such stupid arguments in court. He stood there like a deer in the head lights getting admonished by the judge for not being properly prepared on MY CASE. it was so embarrassing. STAY AWAY from this guy- he is TERRIBLE..
