Chris Rhodes was not trustworthy or honest. I hired him to probate a will. Chris said the process would take 6 months. Took 9 months. The process began in July. He charged me for filling paperwork for Daniella’s Law which has nothing to do with will. This was a means to get money for months when he had nothing to billing for. In November he emailed “any day we should be hearing from the court”. I did not get a court date till March. I called the courts in January to find they had no paperwork from this attorney. When I contacted the paralegal she contacted the court and then I received a court date 8 days later. As the court date approached I spoke to Chris Rhodes and said I want to hear the hearing. Chris Rhodes never made sure I was on the zoom call. When I asked him way he did not call so I could listen in, he said he did not recall me saying I wanted to be on the call. When the documents can in, Chris did not explain it. CHRIS YOU ARE Unprofessional and a Crook. DON’T HIRE HIM!
