Hired Attorney

I would NEVER recommend hiring this lawyer in a child custody battle. He is incompetent, does not keep you informed, does not make sure you have court minutes, is easily intimidated and will not stand up to certain judges and opposing lawyers. He is very hard to reach when you need him, is not willing to get in the ring to push and fight for you and you will have to do alot of the work yourself. My husband and I were extremely disappointed in him as he represented our niece. We never believed that he was truly ON HER SIDE, representing her, and as a result, we had to get another lawyer as he was a real deficit to her case.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
