I am an attorney, editor, and contributing author of the 8th edition of California Family Law and co-author of the 9th edition, published in 2024. At Feinberg & Waller, I help lead the firm in both legal and administrative capacities, focusing on advancing process improvement and project management through the evaluation and implementation of new technology.
I previously served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, representing the State of California in prosecuting criminal cases. In that role, I collaborated with law enforcement, judges, defense attorneys, and community organizations; reviewed evidence; filed charges; prepared witnesses; opposed various written motions; and managed a fast-paced court calendar.
Before that, I worked as an intern and law clerk in the Pasadena Superior Court, assisting self-represented litigants in the courtroom and reviewing legal documents. My career with Feinberg & Waller began in earlier roles as a marketing intern, law clerk, and associate attorney, giving me a deep understanding of the firm’s operations.
I earned my Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where I was a Dean’s Fellow, a Dean’s Merit Scholar, and a member of the Southwestern Journal of International Law. I was honored with the Witkin Award for Excellence in Evidence and served as a Teaching Assistant for Contracts, Sales, Criminal Procedure, and Evidence, as well as a Research Assistant in Contracts, Criminal Procedure, and Evidence.
I am a member of the California Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association (Family Law Section), the California Lawyers Association (Family Law Section), and the American Bar Association (Family Law Section).
