My mother is 93 with Parkinson’s disease and loss of memory,(Green Family Trust) she was made a client of Richard Rosenthal& Marsh with out my knowledge, he has made himself the executor for the family trust and my ex wife as controller of my mothers health. This is unethical conduct. He has threatened my mother if she has me involved in our estate he will leave her without legal help which is totally not true but my elderly mother believes him which has caused conflict and degraded her health
