Now that my case has been settled, I want to thank you and your P.I's for all the work you performed on my case and for the satisfactory settlement you received for me. I felt compelled to write this because I have been in 2 other accidents earlier in my life and I must tell you, both of those times, the attorneys made much more money than me, they were basically dishonest. I never thought I would find an honest attorney such as yourself. It's a good feeling to find someone with a good heart.

I was very impressed by Gerald's knowledge, experience, confidence and skill. He took my case, which was fairly complicated, and simplified it more for me. Other attorneys rejected my case and told me it was either too small or too difficult and that I would never receive a settlement. Gerald took my case and fought the insurance company until he proved to them that I was entitled to be compensated for my injuries. He then convinced them to settle my case without having to go to trial.

I was really impressed at how well my case was handled. Having been in an accident several years ago, I knew what to expect when having an attorney represent me. Gerald Marcus and his staff truly exceeded my expectations with how my case was handled. {para}The person who caused my accident ended up lying to the insurance company about what happened. I credit the excellent investigation and aggressive negotiations by Mr Marcus and his staff for making sure the guilty party paid for my damages.

Gerald Marcus and his staff were extremely professional. They did everything they promised and more. I received a very fair settlement for my personal injury case after Mr. Marcus fought hard against the other persons insurance company. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends and family.
