Mr. Greenwald was my divorce attorney, and he got me a very good settlement.
Mr. Greenwald also processed my mothers probate, she did not have a will. He was very polite, explained each step of the processes needed and why. He was also very kind to me and the emotions I was going through with my mother's passing.
Made me feel comfortable and he was honest and thorough!!!
Rude, & would not listen to my side. Did not make me feel like care about my side of the allegations. Did not feek confident or comfortable with his communication skills. ,
Mr. Greenwald settled a case for me then held money in trust to finish paying off doctor bills as his his fiduciary duty. He eventually settled with the remaining creditors and had $250 left in trust for me. Instead of sending me this money, he tried to keep part of it for himself, when he already was paid his contracted fee amount of 33%. In my opinion, he is not a reputable attorney and I would not recommend him to anyone.
