My experience was with Paul Schmidt Jr., I could never get ahold of him, he didn't seem to me like he was looking out for my best interest, my mother was the one paying him so he went by what she wanted rather than what I wanted.
Dealing with this law firm was an absolute nightmare. Worst responsiveness possible - and they do not care about your dissatisfaction. I'm not sure who is worse - the attorney's or George the paralegal. No concern for what a family is going through when dealing with a will and the many legal wranglings that come with a death - or the need to take care of probate in a timely fashion. Your needs are not their concern. They already have the retainer and bill against it in full immediately.
Paul has very poor time management skills - scheduled 2 meetings at one time. We would have to go over the same things every meeting. We would ask questions that he couldn't answer and never did answer.
I filled a bankruptcy with this Law Firm. No one called me or sent me anything until the day before I was suppose to be in court. They also forgot to mention I had to sign a piece of paper therefor my bankruptcy was never given a discharge so now I have to pay an additonal six hundred dollars so they can reopen my case when it was thier fault to begin with! WORST SERVICE EVER!! They don't care! Do not use this Law Firm!!!
I was told that the adoption would be a quick and simple process. The staff has dropped the ball on this several times and has caused a lot of worry and stress on our family. The adoption was to take 6 to 8 weeks, we are now 3 weeks from 1 year and it still is not final.
