My family retained Mr. Floski for a very complex farm estate/inheritance case that two other lawyers declined and one of them said we would lose. Doug won the case for us. It took quite awhile and there were setbacks, but he communicated with us and in the end, the entire family was thrilled. We were especially surprised by his fees - we shared the information with others, who were also surprised at the overall fairness of his billing structure.
He was very thorough and efficient. The only complaint I would have is that he left before the closing was over, citing another appointment. I felt like I was not very important to him, even though I was paying him a lot of money.
Mr. Floski did not communicate with me before we went into court and then he didnt cover all of the issues I asked him to. This resulted in the judge ruling for my ex husband because Mr. floski was unprepared.
