Unfortunately, my experience with Daniel Henderson in his role has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Using his position and influence, he undertook construction of a private balcony paid for with common strata funds without proper approval from the rest of the owners or the strata council. To make matters worse, the construction was completed without permits or authorization from the City of Coquitlam. If you are in doubt, I encourage you to verify this directly with the City by inquiring about permits issued for his unit you’ll find there are none. Several owners, including myself, have raised these serious concerns, but no appropriate action has been taken, and he remains in his position of power.
