Merritt & Merritt is a law firm established in 1989 with an office in Burlington, VT. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing corporate law, contracts, securities and 30 other areas of law.
With a lot of moving parts to creating a new business, our easiest decision was selecting the law firm to guide us. Ken Merritt’s deep experience in venture finance made him the obvious choice. We didn’t want cookie-cutter, and Ken’s knowledgeable creativity helped us fashion it just our way.
