Bill was always there to either answer or return a phone call, or email on the same day I called. He was very good at laying out the case and then explaining the options and knew either which way the insurance carrier or the State was going to respond and what the approx. time lines were. In addition, he even took time while on vacation to check in. Also offered to write a check to cover expenses when final settlement dragged on too long in his estimation.
Bill was so much help to me for this case i wouldnt of known what to do without him thanks for your help and time.
