I have worked with Brooks for multiple legal matters over the years and keep going back for obvious reasons - he explains the process very clearly to understand for someone not involved in the legal field, he is compassionate and understanding, he has a very reasonable fee and he truly cares. I have referred many family, friends and peers to Brooks for legal counsel that have all had the same great experience.
Brooks was very helpful to me throughout my legal matter. He was responsive, polite, and forthright. He explained many of the legal processes to me in terms I could understand. It was money well spent, I would recommend him to any of my peers.
I would never recommend anyone to Attorney Brooks McArthur. He is totally unethical and always lies to his clients. I would tell you to stay away from such attorneys. Many of the clients have filed ethics complaint against him in Vermont Bar Association. Please look for Attorneys who can understand their clients.
This is the worst large law firm in the United States. They are a former criminal defense firm trying to act like a big firm. They are cheap with their associates, partners and everyone they come into contact with. There is little reason to work there. It is not a respected name in the legal profession. Both the Attorneys Brooks and David Williams have bad name in the dealings.. Please stay away!!
