We had the fine experience of dealing with 2 fine lawyers on a recent foreclosure and eventual REO sale of North Carolina property which successfully closed September of 2012. Sarah was impressive, responsive, professional, and good ole’ fashioned hard working. She returned calls and emails many times at 7 PM EST. It would have been poor taste not compliment her work.

Incompetent paralegal and very poor unprofessional communication. Firm errors delayed closing and document still were not right at time of actual closing. Very rude communication via email and in person. Their general attitude was extremely arrogant and that we should have been privileged to be in their presence and working with them. I would do anything to avoid working with them in the future.
I was taken advantage of as a single father and still am trying to recover financially. Over $40,000 was spent. The only thing that was accomplished was finalizing a divorce. Mr. Ockerman continued my case without my consent and had information that would have helped me to see my kids. I had not been able to see them for two months while their safety was in jeopardy.
