Scott by far is one of the top lawyers in the area. I used a well-known lawyer in Twin Falls that didn't do quite the leg work Scott did for my case. Anytime I needed to speak with Scott he would get back to me that same day unless he was out of the office, even then he would respond via e-mail after hours on multiple occasions. He had to expedite emergency custody and he did it immediately the following day. He would provide insight on lawyer lingo regarding my case, what is realistic and what I could bend on but still get results in the end. He is knowledgeable in his areas of expertise and quick to think on his toes in the courtroom. In my case, he indeed had compassion and empathy for my child and my case. The only negative is the cost but you get what you pay for. And knowing what I know now when it comes to a narcissistic parent the cost of your child's safety is PRICELESS!
I hired Scott Lindstrom for a divorce I was going through. Initially, he made me feel as though he would fight for what I was asking for, but in the end, really didn't. I paid $1500 as a retainer and that seemed to be about the last that I heard from him unless I emailed him. Couldn't hardly ever get a phone call or face-to-face unless I asked and was only given minor clarification from his secretary or the other office secretary who always looked at me like I was stupid. Definitely don't use.
