9 minutes ago-Edit Elizabeth Burr Jones is a strong voice in the Cassia and Minidoka Courts. She gave us a voice and even rescheduled her day to listen to our concerns and council us moving forward. She had earned the trust of our children during a very complicated and overwhelming time and her legal knowledge and her strength in the court room along with her solid track record in upholding justice and placing families first is a true tribute to her success and our community.
I've used her for 3 cases in the last 6 months and she has been more than thorough with her work for me. She explains things to me in a less intense way so that I could understand what was going to happen or what the other attorney proposal was. Would strongly recommend for family law and criminal! She wants what you want and she invests herself into each client!
She is not professional at all. She doesn't meat deadlines. I would always have to call her to check on the process. They always had an excuse for not having the correct paperwork ready and on time. Plus several times she gave me papers that weren't mine. Every time I would ask if it got done. I would have to give her my information again. Elizabeth was always in a bad mood and she wouldn't reply nicely to any questions I had. The only time Elizabeth was nice to me was when we meet for our consultation. Finally I got tired of her unprofessional ism and decided to terminate the contract that I asked for so many times. Same thing happened to another two friends.
She fights, she fights for herself and for money. She does not do what the client wishes and does not let the client speak. She does what she wants only.
