Words are not adequate to express my admiration, respect, and appreciation in working with Mr. Casey Forrester. As probate can present complications in the disposition of an estate property, I found Casey amongst one of the most professional, thorough, and calm attorneys I've known. Always cordial, excellent in response, and highly communicative throughout the process, it was a genuine pleasure working together. I enthusiastically and highly recommend his services and would gladly have given more than 5 stars!

Hired Attorney J. Casey Forrester

Casey was a wonderful attorney. He was responsive and listened to me and gave his expertise throughout my case which lasted roughly two years. It was a difficult case and in the end we settled out of court. I was very happy with the outcome and Casey's knowledge, skills and kindness never wavered. He is a gentleman as well as an excellent attorney. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Virginia area seeking counsel.

Exceptional attorney. Professional and has all the qualities that one would and should expect from a top-rated attorney. As a client (and as an attorney licensed in another state), I highly recommend J. Casey Forrester. Great about returning client telephone calls and managing client expectations. He was kind an patient with other members of my family who met with him at his office. Most importantly, Mr. Forrester explained his strategy and followed through on what he promised to do.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
