Retained Michael Franz for a DUI 2015. Told him I wanted to go to trial after extending my hearing date by 2 months. He decided to never to return my phone calls matter of fact showed up to my court date not knowing if he would. Bottom line was told me no jail time ended up with two months. Bottom line If you need an attorney that doesn't return your calls and blow smoke up your A$$ this is your guy.. never heard of somebody getting jail time for a negligent driving charge..
