Hired Attorney Mr. James Williams

Homeowners regulation dispute that I was contesting. He accepted the case ,knowing that you can't win a case against a homeowners association in Texas. Took a $500.00 retainer and obtained no results. Of course there was no refund for lack of any results.

Hired Attorney Mr. James Williams

This attorney does not return phone calls. He probated my dad's will and as part of his fee he promised a Lien Release when needed, on a property my dad owned. It took me 6 weeks and MANY unanswered phone messages to finally get the form and then he tried to bill me for it!!! Office looks like it should be on a hoarder show. Save time and aggravation DO NOT hire this attorney!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
