I first met Mr. O’Hagan in early 2024 as I was referred to him by one of my bestie attorney friends (we don’t mix business and friendship). I needed someone to represent my 17 years old son (and possibly his girlfriend) for a citation they received for basically making out in the backseat of his car at the back of the mall parking lot at 10 o’clock at night (“Gwinnett police’s finest: Working hard to go after teens being teens, while real crap is going on elsewhere.”) Mike quickly replied, laid out the basics, was in touch with prosecution, and on court day was able to significantly reduce what could have been a ridiculous punishment! Mike is a stand-up attorney who fights for the underdog, never judges, and is always thinking outside the box (rare, with lawyers!!)! He IS truly awesome!! Not sure what that guy that lost his house in the divorce is talking about, but look man: The judge can only give a house to ONE person…

Terrible attorney. If you want to lose your house and kids, he’s your guy. He was getting humiliated in court by her attorney. He was mopping the floor with ohagan. No communication, no organization, and couldn’t even file motions, couldn’t even get a contempt of court charge against her for alcohol and drug violations to be heard by the judge. He Was terminated due to malpractice, incompetence, and misconduct. The state bar has been notified and he will be reprimanded. Do not waste your money.
