I was not kept up to date with the progress of the closing on my house. I was not well informed of what I was required to do. The other party was holding up the process and my lawyer did little to resolve it. My closing was pushed back a month. I had to keep calling the firm to ask what was going on. I was also asked, by Thomas Augello, to call the seller's attorney myself to discuss a contract. This is the job of the lawyer, not the client.
