Stephen A. Manuele graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Biochemistry, and Molecular and Cellular biology. Mr. Manuele also graduated summa cum laude from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before attending the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. In 2000, he was listed in Who's Who in America's Colleges & Universities. Mr. Manuele is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York. Mr. Manuele concentrates his litigation practice in professional liability, toxic tort, products liability, general negligence, and labor and employment law. Mr. Manuele also represents health care professionals and entities involved in professional discipline proceedings, and in reimbursement disputes with Medicare and private payers. He further advises clients on issues related to patient privacy and federal and state health care compliance laws and regulations such as the Stark Law and the Anti-kickback Statute. Mr. Manuele has given lectures for clients and for local colleges and universities on various health law topics.
