Robert Maranto began his legal journey after graduating from Duquesne University by joining Saperston & Day, P.C. as an associate attorney. There, he gained experience working with major insurance carriers in the firm's Insurance Defense and Coverage Departments. In 1995, Robert partnered with Attorney Alan Bernstein to establish the personal injury law firm of Bernstein & Maranto. Just two years later, their firm merged with Andrews, Sanchez, Amigone, Mattrey & Marshall, resulting in Robert becoming the youngest partner. By 1999, at the age of 32, Robert was named a partner at Andrews, Bernstein & Maranto, LLP, alongside Benjamin J. Andrews and Alan L. Bernstein, co-founder of Cellino and Barnes. Robert has focused his practice on personal injury law, consistently securing multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements. A product of St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute, Robert earned his Juris Doctor at Duquesne, where he excelled academically and contributed as the Associate Editor of the Duquesne University Law Review. His peers have consistently recognized him in the Super Lawyers publication for his outstanding legal contributions.
