Peter J. Eisenhauer oversees my WC case at The Hartford. Even though his client has been ordered by the WCB to pay for treatment, he refuses to comply with that order and instead refuses to pay for the ancillary requirements that would permit that treatment to take place. For example, even though his client has been served with the proper notice from a licensed medical doctor that requires medical transportation to and from a surgery center, Mr. Eisenhauer refuses to permit or pay for that transportation, without which the treatment cannot take place. This sly and evasive strategy has delayed the court-ordered treatment for nearly a year. Mr. Eisenhauer may be saving The Hartford a bit of money, but in my opinion he is furtive and underhanded. The fact that he is denying me the medical care I need to recover from a WC injury that didn't have to happen in the first place is outrageous, disgusting, and shameful. He is, in my opinion, a disgrace to his profession.
