Hired Attorney

Mr. Gioia has represented me during a WC case that has gone on for 6 years. He is a serious and very intelligent young man who has been assigned to my case during the last two hearings. He has been so helpful, put in the time to do a great job, and made me feel that my case was important and doable. I am so glad to have met him and to have him on my side. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
