John grew up in the Southern Tier and currently lives in the Buffalo area. He has dedicated his professional life to making sure that hardworking families are treated fairly by the legal system, including years of service with the New York State Attorney Grievance Committees, which oversee the discipline of lawyers accused of misconduct or neglect, and appointments by Governor Cuomo to serve on multiple judicial screening committees evaluating potential candidates for judgeships. As a former Golden Club Boxer and current certified amateur boxing coach, referee, and judge…..I know how to fight in the ring and in the courtroom for you!

John V. Elmore Is a dedicated and hard working attorney with amazing people skills. He created a comfortable environment with outstanding communication throughout my case. I was constantly updated and and explained every detail about the details of my case, and questions were encouraged. When I was offered a minimum amount from both insurance companies John Elmore took both companies to court for the max amount. Oh, and We WON the MAXIMUM amount. I really appreciate his passion for getting the best results for his clients. He has made a forever client in me.

My experience with him is that he’s a liar, I heard him advertise his own self on the radio and pretended he was the client and that is deceitful to the public and that’s when I knew for sure that he is a liar
