Warning! Don’t walk away from Jack Danzinger.....,RUN AWAY! Most unethical, lazy and disrespectful attorney in western New York. He is Impossible to get a hold of! Always busy with other cases his office said. He would NEVER ever call back or answer a msg. His office had over six months to prepare for my closing on a house and the day of the closing he tells me he needs to check downtown for any code violations and downtown is closed because of covid19 and we almost did not close because he dropped the ball and I was forced to close without confirmation of no code violations! The whole experience with Jack Danzinger was as if I was nothing and was more of a bother then a client! Felt no respect at all through out the whole experience with him and am just glad its over. I know he has bigger more important cases and maybe he’s a better attorney for a big personal injury client or criminal case but on the other hand if he handles a small case like mine so poorly could you trust him?
