Hired Attorney James P. Harrington

Jim represented me many years ago and it's sad to read a bad review about this honest, hardworking, dedicated professional. He pulled no punches with me, up front of his fees, made it clear what I was up against. I have recommended him to a friend who did have Jim do his appeal and he echoed the words I wish I hired him to represent me from the start. Thanks Jim for also being a friend.

Hired Attorney James P. Harrington

The US has the highest incarceration rate out of any other free country. There are a lot of innocent people in jail. Whether you actually commit a crime or not, you are guilty until proven innocent. The police arrest you, charge you, and leave it to the courts to decide. DA’s offer plea deals that you are pretty much forced to take because if you roll the dice and lose… you go to jail. If you have no money, you have no other choice but to take a plea deal. Then you wind up on probation. Probation officers assume you plead down to a lesser charge because you were guilty of what you were being charged with.. Their jobs are to find reasons to violate you and throw you in jail. I hired Jim to defend me on a violation. Not only did he win, he got me out of probation years before it was to end. Wish I hired him before taking any kind of plea deal.

Hired Law Firm

Jim Harrington was unable to process this simple divorce in a reasonable time frame. The collection of financial paperwork was never produced, causing timely delays. Jim logged in long weekends studying what little information he had and was unable to recall some of my basic points of interest.
I'm not happy with the way my divorce was handled with Jim, and now its been pushed off to the BBB to sort things out. I did not get what i payed for!!!

My autistic teen was in big trouble. I called to hire Mark Maloney after many recommendations. We talked and his secretary and she was more accomidating than any one i knew. Mark said he would definitiv take our case. He said that he would get back with us. I called , emailed and the court date kept getting closer. 4 days before the court date a lawyer from the office called me back and told me they just helped autistic people in sexual crimes. Mark Maloney knew my grandson had a court appointed lawyer and he was taking my grandson down and not helping him with the fact he is autistic. I had 4 days to find a lawyer. Two of those days was a weekend. I was so hurt for my grandson. I scrambed, begged and was going to morgage my home for him to go to Mark. I have a lawyer now but he has no experiance in autisim. My grandson has never gotten a fair break and i thought I was getting the best help i could to be dropped 4 days before court. He knew our whole story had nothing do with sex.

This man should be in jail. He would not return my call and luckily for him, he saw me in public and lied to my face. No witnesses and he wanted me to get frustrated and find a new lawyer. Mr. Harrington is a terrible human being. SUCH A GARBAGE HUMAN BEING

Hired Law Firm

At first Mark Mahoney seemed great and was helpful. However after paying my first bill of a couple thousand Mark and Ivonne began ignoring my emails and not returning phone calls. If you are not a high paying client they do not care about you. I had to find another lawyer to help me. Beware!
