Three members of my family were present at our appointment. Mr. Beinhauer was falling asleep -- we saw his eyes trying to close. He was supposed to research and follow up to get some information about an issue THAT HE BROUGHT UP which was related to some of our questions. He never did. Nor did he ever contact any of us to say he couldn't find the information or give any reason as to why he did not follow through. I ended up finding out myself based on what he did say during our one meeting.
