She serves as an advocate for clients on all facets of real estate transactions. In addition, Ms. Vigneron is experienced representing lending institutions on construction and permanent real estate mortgage loans as well as all types of lending, including term loans, lines of credit, revolving credit arrangements, and SBA (7a) and 504 loans.

Ms. Vigneron served as Legal Counsel for the Cheektowaga Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) from 2017-2024. In this role, she represented the CEDC as the lender in commercial loan closings to Town of Cheektowaga businesses.
