Very informative
Brian Rubin was helping me with an estate as I was the executor of my aunt's estate. This was quite overwhelming because several major problems developed with it. Although Brian for the most part was helpful, in several areas he needed to improve. Such as, whenever I called his office to speak to him I had to make an appointment to either have him call me or I had to call back several days later. On one major problem he wanted to refer me to someone else not having an expertise in that area.
