Founded in 1979, Rodgers, Miller, Rodriguez & Fusco, P.C., is an experienced litigation law firm. Our offices in Bryan/College Station, Texas, the home of Texas A & M University, allow easy access to most metropolitan jurisdictions. The trial docket of the firm is statewide and our client base is comprised of individuals and businesses requiring national and even international representation.

In 1992 the firm had the opportunity to seek legal business in the former USSR and maintained an office in Moscow, Russia for several years.

Hired Law Firm

Nick Fusco was the last name on my list. I was going to hire a big-name attorney from Houston married to a state rep that would travel to Grimes County for me, but when my family and I met Nick I made the decision that he was "the one". I gave him the impossible situation to deal with, but he was absolutely in my court. That's what I was looking for! No, my case wasn't free, but he did allow us several hours to consult at no charge. Nick is tough and intimidating (which I love), and in the end he delivered! During the work on my case I spoke to him about a land issue in Louisiana that was going nowhere. Nick is hands on knowledgeable about their very strange and different workings there. I have learned the hard way this is difficult to find among attorneys, so I will be back with more work to be done even though I have moved to Houston. This is an excellent firm with excellent knowledge and connections. Great staff. I can't say enough. 2 thumbs up!

Hired Law Firm

Nick Fusco didn’t represent us as he should have. He completely sided with the opposing attorneys as he was intimidated by them. Costing us thousands. He wouldn’t fight anything for us or file objections. We hired him with all the knowledge of our case up front and he promised to file objections etc. but then crickets. Then has forced us to settle at the last minute after siding with the opposing attorneys. It’s been a nightmare. Don’t hire him. He also over charges. Charged us for initial consultation $800. Not told up front or I would have never consulates with him. Very unethical.
