She is Board Certified in the area of Family Law, along with 3 or 4 others with the same certification in this area. She is by far the leader of the group - she is honest and fair, ethical, and compassionate yet strong.

I was told she was the best by far. I Retained her a couple times in the last 10 years but didn’t go through with the divorce. When I finally did I couldn’t get a call back to schedule an appointment with her. I hired another attorney and in the middle of the divorce my attorney passed away. I again reached out to her and didn’t get a call back to schedule an appointment. I tried one more time explaining my situation to the lady answering the phone. She asked for my name and put me on hold. Came back on and said Mrs. Cofer was too busy to take in more clients….. I guess too busy to even call me back and tell me.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
