Hired Attorney

Hired Newell McAfee Hamilton, Jr. for a speeding ticket. He continued the case a couple of times. He did now show up to a court case and was responsive and corrected the issue. He set a new court case and did not show up to that. He is now MIA. After looking into my situation, I have received a Failure to Appear charge. I have been fined, received a bench warrant and Georgia has submitted a license suspension to my home state. I am now in a worse position, all phone numbers disconnected.

Hired Attorney

He took my money and got a plea agreement which was a lie. I ended up getting twice the penalty he said I was going to get on a case in which I was not even guilty.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
