Of Counsel - Charles M. LeRoux, III (“Chase”) is a native of St. Simons Island, having graduated from Frederica Academy. Chase graduated from Emory University and the University of Georgia School of Law. He returned to St. Simons Island in 1999 to begin his practice as a real estate lawyer. Chase quickly gained a reputation for attention to detail and his practice became one of the most successful in the area. He merged his firm, The LeRoux Firm, with Gilbert Harrell Sumerford & Martin, in 2006. Currently, Chase consults with the firm as needed on real estate related projects, but spends his time serving as the chief financial officer of a Brunswick and St. Simons Island based personal care products business that he founded with his wife.
