Hired Attorney Melinda O'Dell

(FYI, from a man seeking divorce): Was actually referred by a family member to 'take a look' at Melinda O'Dell. Had the unfortunate and horrible experience of going through a legal separation several years ago with another law firm (Cordell and Cordell). They were good attorneys but, sent me into bankruptcy just from separation (several thousand of dollars). Upon explaining my current situation (this time it was divorce) with Melinda, she listened to my fears and was able to relate. She explained you didn't necessarily have to go into bankruptcy to get a divorce. Long story short, my former spouse and I chose not to fight, this time around and, were in a good place before seeking divorce (an advantage most don't have). That said, Melinda made the process quick and easy (and most importantly, didn't end with a bankruptcy attorney). Cannot thank her or recommend her more!!

Hired Attorney Melinda O'Dell

I used Melinda while going through my divorce and she was absolutely amazing. She went well above and beyond what I expected of her to help me through a very difficult time in my life. At every turn she knows what to look for and what to expect. If you are looking for an experienced lawyer who cares for her clients well-being and best interest (without overcharging mind you) then Melinda is the one for you. If I ever have need of a lawyer ever again, knock on wood, then she will be the only person I'll use!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
