Hired Attorney George Gilmer

Great attorney, I had an ACS case against me , Ex wrote some serious allegations in Her Family offense petition all lies George was able to get it Dismissed. right away! George also handled the custody part of this case , I was told by many people you're not gonna win . First her lawyer was the retired judge of the family court Bench , second I'd just come home from state prison with a new Federal case & looking at life. Odds were against me . Long story short , fed case worked out in my favor , Her attorney tried every dirty trick he can think of. Judge wasn't having it . George stepped up it was his time he said a few words case was adjourned. The next hearing I was given full custody of my 6 yr old daughter .I Highly recommend Mr. Gilmer .

Hired Law Firm

During our initial consult we were reassured we had a great case. He explained the steps he would take and provided a time frame. We paid his retainer fee before we left his office. After that it went downhill. We left messages for him (phone calls and emails) and it took weeks for a response. Did not provide us with proper representation. Look elsewhere for a competent lawyer.
