Her services were merely adequate. We requested to move the closing process along as quickly as possible, but Susan's office has been slow to respond to the tasks required. We also found that her communication skills were overrated--she tells far more than she listens. Susan will get the job done, but slowly and according to her terms. I personally wouldn't use her services again.
She is very keen on judgement meanwhile her service is at average performance. Sometimes rude to other parties when she was explicitly told her way was not recommended.
