In my years of practice, I have come to realize that many people have only a basic understanding of the credit and debt system that operates in the United States. When I built my law firm, I set a goal to become proficient in the areas of consumer credit and debt. In furtherance of that goal, I have obtained certifications in Credit Scoring & Restoration by CreditCRM, as well as becoming a Certified Debt Specialist and Certified Credit Counseling Specialist by the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators. I have received Avvo’s Client Choice awards for both debt settlement and bankruptcy for the years 2012 through 2015. I also received the distinguished honor of being designated as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for the years 2014 and 2015.
