Mr. Rynecki also secured a settlement in the sum of $4 million dollars for an eleven year old boy injured in a motor vehicle accident that took place in Virginia. He has also obtained settlements of $2.5 million for a young boy injured by a drunk driver in a car accident, $2.5 million for a man involved in a severe car accident on his way home from work, $1.9 million for a Florida dentist and hi wife injured in a Pedi cab. $3 million was awarded to the family of a man killed when shot by a New York Police Officer. Mr. Rynecki played an instrumental role in the $8.75 million dollar settlement in the case of a man sodomized by a police officer in a New York City Police Precinct bathroom.
