I emailed ten lawyers and Scott was the only lawyer who actually took the time to look at my case before getting back to me, so I agreed to meet him and eventually hired him.{para}He was very patient, thorough, and supportive. He was very good at relaying legalese, and the court process as my case continued.{para}If I ever need a lawyer, or need to recommend one, It will be Scott.
I must say that Scott G. Cerbin, Esq., PLLC IS THE MAN! He totally represented me through my almost two year drawn out criminal case. After our first encounter I knew that he was the man I needed on my team. He is a no-nonsense kind of attorney. He walked me step by step in every detail of the case. He diligently explain what was going on and how he was going to fix it. Watching him in court was amazing he is truly a blessing from God during my difficult situation.
Mr. Cerbin put me at ease at our very first meeting & gave me realistic expectations about my case. He seemed genuinely concerned about my predicament. Even though he knew that he would have to make multiple appearances (about 10 in total), he agreed to charge me a flat rate. My brother, an attorney in another state, agreed that I was getting a very good deal. Thanks to Scott, the judge & the ADA agreed that my felony should be dismissed/expunged/sealed. It is like I was never arrested at all!
Mr. Cerbin has helped resolve a business matter involving advertising. An advertising agency was trying to falsely sue me on a contract matter, and he has resolved quickly. He reviewed my contract and made recommendations, wrote letters and I never heard from the agency again.
