Hired Attorney

Mark is without a doubt the most unprofessional and unqualified lawyers I’ve ever come across. He can’t even spell his client’s names correctly or properly format a document in Microsoft word. He references laws that have no relevance to the context in which he uses them and it seems chat gpt writes his briefs randomly collating together legal terms trying to seem like he knows what he’s talking about. The judge had to explain to him how the rules of the court worked because he didn’t understand why he was losing. He also provided the court with 8 addresses and 6 phone numbers on different documents filed to the case and never updated his bar registration with the changing info. He can’t keep a job and has been sanctioned for fighting opposing council and yelling at a judge. This guy needs his license revoked.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
