She advised on legal issues as well as tax and obviously real estate issues . She was very attentive to our concerns and utilized emails, text and phone to keep us informed of the negotiations. Most importantly, her experience and advice proved invaluable in our negotiations with the buyer.
I've used the services of Terence Ricaforte over the past several years. He was instrumental in advising us on how to receive Medicaid Benefits for my mother and all the associated Estate and trust preparations. Terence provided excellent service and advice and this resulted in us receiving the needed benefits for my mother in a relatively short period of time. Terence was instrumental in diffusing a potential situation with the Administrative Judge and HRA attorneys . Very professional .
I was originally referred to Renata Landskind years ago when she worked with Lou Karol at Karol Sosnik, and I’ve technically been a client since 2018. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with Landskind & Ricaforte left me disappointed, frustrated, and regretting the referrals I had given them in the past. It took over a week just to secure an appointment. On the day of the scheduled call, no one contacted me until 20 minutes after the appointment time—without notice or apology until I initiated contact. I had received multiple reminders about the importance of punctuality, yet when I reached out, I got a virtual receptionist who couldn’t connect me with anyone. When I finally spoke with Ms. Landskind, she seemed irritated by my frustration. When I expressed that her response felt dismissive, she said, “I already apologized. I’m not going to apologize ten times.” That attitude summed up the entire experience: cold, ungracious, and lacking any real client care.
