She was readily available to answer all of my questions which arose during the process, in a timely fashion. She was sensitive and compassionate in helping my elderly mother in law and us during a difficult transition in her/our lives
Ms. Grimaldi made me feel like my situation was very personal and important to her. During our visit she was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with a wealth of information and made me feel at ease and confident. After I left her office I had a question. I called and left her a message. She returned my call at 10 PM which was when she first had the opportunity to retrieve it. Very impressive.
I would recommend Ms. Grimaldi and her firm very highly.
It would be nice to have more status updates. The only monthly communications I get are bills or promotional material. I need to call for updates on proceedings.
