Jeremy Seeman joined Rubenstein and Rynecki in 2019 after having worked at several defense firms in New York City.

Mr. Seeman has an undergraduate degree from Colgate University and he is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law. He has spent his career working on various types of personal injury lawsuits including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and labor law cases. He is knowledgeable on the applicability of New York Insurance Law as it pertains to motor vehicle claims, including New York Vehicle & Traffic Law (VTL) and New York’s “serious injury” threshold. He has tried cases to favorable verdicts in all New York City counties.

Most recently, Mr. Seeman obtained a verdict of $50,000 in the matter of Alphonso Brown v. Nunoo which was tried in Kings County.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
