Well, as Steven cohn said, if you're unhappy with walter roesch then you should be terminated as a client ! With walter roesch, he doesn't respond. Worse than an assigned lawyer. He did virtually nothing for the retainer plus another grand I paid him. Never even put his name down as attorney of record with the court in two months, nor did any motions though I requested. He never appeared in court.
